Furqan Advisors is an independent decision advisory. We work with founders, organisations, and capital holders facing choices where the cost of getting it wrong is material.
Our focus is not on how to build faster, but on whether an initiative should continue at all under real-world constraints.
Many failures do not come from poor execution. They come from projects that should not have progressed beyond their early decisions.
We are usually brought in when intuition says something is wrong, but it is not yet clear how to act on it.
What makes our work different

What we do not do
We exist upstream of execution – where the decision still matters. We do not:
